Account deletion
Delete your RepWerx account
You can delete your RepWerx account and all associated personal data at any time. Below are two options: self-serve from inside the app, or email us if you can't access the app.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Open RepWerx on your phone and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account, profile, workout history, PRs, and any data associated with your membership are deleted immediately. Active subscriptions are cancelled in the same step.
Option 2 — Email us
If you can't access the app (forgot password, lost device, account locked, etc.) email us from the address on your account:
christian@repwerx.appInclude "delete my account" in the subject line and the email address associated with your RepWerx account. We respond within 7 business days and confirm deletion by reply.
What happens when you delete
Deleted immediately
- • Name, email, phone, demographic info
- • Profile photo and bio
- • Workout logs and PRs
- • Social posts, comments, reactions
- • Chat messages you've sent
- • Push notification tokens
- • Gym membership + check-in history
Retained for legal / accounting
- • Invoice / payment records (7 years, required by tax law)
- • Anonymized aggregate analytics (no PII)
- • Security audit logs where required
